Refund Policy

Refund Policy 

All plant sales are final and ineligible for returns or  refunds. All other refunds at Root to Rise are accepted for store credit only with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Ticket purchase refunds - Tickets for events hosted by Root to Rise are subject to the refund policy, however tickets purchased by third parties who host events in our backyard are subject to their own refund policy.
